I woke up this morning excited about my choice to head into Asheville. After numerous recommendations it seemed like the right thing to do. There are tons of things to do in Asheville and heading that way would mean I would get to ride a portion of the Blue Ridge Parkway back down to Sapphire, NC. I inhaled a massive breakfast at the Claddagh Inn and packed my bags.
